Lack of E-Board Experience

Hello WSO,

I was wondering how important it is to have E-board leadership experience on your resume? I'm involved in 7 student organizations (1 general business club, 2 investment groups, 1 IB group, a sport business club, a consulting group, and a service organization). However, I don't hold an E-board position in any of them. The closest thing I have to an E-board position is I'm a team lead of one of the investment fund groups. Will not having an e-board position hurt me for the top banks?

Any insight will help and be greatly appreciated!
