Just curious on deals with the largest transaction fee. Saw AbbVie Allergan had $123M to JPM alone. Anyone know of any other deals with landmark tx fees?

Took a look into it and I think CapIQ is just being dumb. It assigned the 165M all to Goldman and has $0 for Barclay, JPM, and Jefferies - who were also financial advisors to Avantor.
