Last processes in an M&A Deal

Hello,

I have not handled any workstream in the last stages of an M&A deal as those have been handled by the VPs I have worked with. I am no longer in M&A and were in some interview processes where they had asked whether I have worked with some final work-streams such as:

• Funds Flow - what does one typically do with this activity?
• Adjust Net Working Capital - how does this process work before closing out the deal?
• Anything else you can think of please?
