Late IB SA 27 Recruiting (BB/EB's)

i'm a sophomore at an ivy (target) and am diversity (either hispanic or black). I applied to EB's and BB's in january and early febuary and, I know I made a mistake, did not network until January and even since starting then I haven't networked aggressively. I am starting to get rejections from non IB roles at BB's but if I start networking aggressively with alumni now is it possible to get an offer?

I don't think BBs are possible at this point if you have almost no connections in them. Even those with connections would find it hard. I'd say lower your standards to the MM level if you really want to do banking. You could potentially lateral later on and it's always better to have something lined up than not.
