Lateral 1st Year Analyst Technical Questions?

Was wondering if anyone had any insight on these.. preferably MM and BBs. Are they much different from SA? I heard it is very unlikely you will see any types of case study models, but was wondering what other people have seen.

Thanks, Bo

Basic SA questions (BIWS, vault guide etc.), but will be more technical if you have some deals listed on your resume. Be prepared to discuss the work you did for the deals: process and valuation work for capital raises; accretion / dilution analysis, and purchase accounting for M&A. Don't overstate your experience (i.e. saying you built the entire model for a deal when all you did was put together and format slides) because they will see right through it and it is a bad look.
