Lateral Advice
Hi all - I’m currently a first year analyst at a MM firm in SF. For a variety of reasons I would like to be back in the midwest next year (MNPLS/MKE/CHI). From what I have read, it’s best to wait until early/mid next year to start reaching out. I currently have only had one staffing so don’t have a ton to speak to yet anyways. Does anyone have any advice on timeline and how to best approach this? Has anyone lateraled successfully recently and have any advice? I’ve read the previous threads on this but thought it could be beneficial to get some updated insights. Thank you!
