Has anyone have experience with, or also thought about, lateraling from NYC to a midsized city (Atlanta, Houston, Charlotte, etc.) and staying within IB? Particularly interested to hear if anyone did that but moved companies and how that worked out (use HH? networked before? hometown connections?)
