Lateral IB Coverage to RX after a year

Is it possible to lateral from a coverage group in IB (not sure if it matters but specialty group (O&G/FIG)) to a non-industry specific RX firm (PJT,EVR,Ducera,Gugg,Rothschild etc.) after a year as an analyst?
