Lateral interview at GS coming up - would be grateful for any advice

I have an interview with GSAM in London. This is for lateral hire. I feel I am quite strong on the technical side however I have never interviewed with GS and have been told they are quite 'polished' people. Not really clear on what that means or how that translates into culture. My current group head (another BB) spent a number of years at GS so I'm guessing I would fit in culturally.

Can anyone provide some advice on what to expect given it's with some of the VP / ED level people in the team. I'm expecting one of the sessions to be personality and the other to be technical? Or should I expect a mix of the two - or personality only?

Any info would be highly appreciated.

Im seeking general interview advice for GS (given the process will be very similar regardless of GSAM / IBD for a front office role) and IB forum will have greater visibility
