Lateral Model Tests

I'm going through the lateral process right now with a few west coast elite boutiques and am wondering what kind of model tests I can expect. I understand that it's best to be prepared for anything that comes at me, but given the limited amount of time to prepare it would be helpful to understand what is the norm. So I would like to know what is most common - LBO, 3 statement model, accretion/dilution, dcf, etc. For background, I am currently at a MM bank doing primarily M&A work so I expect that I might be grilled on technicals.

Thanks!
