I'm going to a mediocre group at a BB for my junior summer, and I'm looking to lateral to a full-time position in TMT at another bank (I've heard horror stories about attempting to do it within the same bank). Just curious what people expect timelines to look like this coming year, and how possible it is to lateral to a better team?
