Currently waiting to hear back on a lateral process I completed a few weeks ago. They told me they would make a decision after concluding all interviews (I was one of the first candidates) and that I should expect to hear back within a few weeks. It's now approaching the timeline they gave me. They also said to reach out if I hadn't heard anything.
Should I be concerned?
