I've been looking to lateral to a role in London (currently in a Tier 2 European city). Im looking for the same capital markets role im currently in (ECM/DCM). Currently asso in a Tier 2 bank which is strong in my city but not abroad. Could consider downgrade for a top bank.
I've been having a hard time landing interviews. What other options can I explore apart from LinkedIn listed jobs? Messaging MDs at other banks asking for open roles, etc?
Any other advice?
