currently in ABS and it’s usually rare to see openings in my field. however the hiring market in my space is more active thanks to covid related amendments. the downside is as an international I’m being pushed to the bottom of the interview list (confirmed by recruiters) despite my matching CV as even big banks/FIs are reluctant to sponsor now (though they can). any international who managed to switch visa sponsors during this period?
