AS2 here. Graduated early and was able to start mid-year. Was actually closer to the class before me, but got slotted into the incoming class the next fall.
I'd like credit for the time I spent prior to officially joining my class. Management has been unresponsive to my requests, unfortunately, and so I am thinking of testing the lateral market waters.
Has anyone heard of a lateral move for a higher position? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
