How does one go about lateraling in IB? I actually quite like the job but want to switch firms due to culture / comp reasons.
Any help would be appreciated. For context, I’m at a MM shop in Chicago (Blair / Baird) and went to Northwestern/UChicago. I’m an analyst / asso and am sector agnostic.

Would not recommend - culture depends on group at my firm. With that said, horribly mismanaged shop at a higher level
