Lateraling without any interview??
Had a friend who got a job offer without having a ‘formal’ interview. Works at a BB, other firm needed an experienced associate urgently. One phone call with HR person and that was it.
Is this common? Do banks sometimes need people so urgently they skip the usual DD involved?
