Latest acceptable age to enter IB?
Let's hear it. Obviously no right answer, but want to hear different thoughts.
After, let's say, 27, every additional year seems progressively worse. The WLB and burnout obvious, but also thinking about social assimilation with others on the team, considering most are going to be minimum 2-3 years younger.
At what age do you think is the real cut off? Assume coming in as an Associate 1.
