What is the typical conversion rate for SA on average a year? Know they take on ~25 grads on London. Seems like lots of other banks have given offers to their interns already.

What’s the spring week to summer conversion rate this year
Know someone on the scheme - to my understanding they ran two spring weeks of around 30 people each. I think 18 were converted so around 30%
