Assume you mean PE exits. My impression is that Lazard MM is a good MM shop, albeit a tier below HW, Jefferies, Blair, etc. You can definitely get into a smaller MM PE firm out of there, though my impression is that it would be difficult to get into an irving place, arsenal, catterton etc. caliber shop, while you could get those opportunities (+ megafunds/upper MMs) out of Lazard. Generally speaking of course, you'll see exceptions to the rule with LMM guys going to very good firms
