I am leaning more towards PWP just because of the better culture and I’d prefer to work on larger M&A deals. Is there any big difference in prestige or comp between the two?
Would I be making a big mistake by choosing one or the other? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Lazard and PWP would typically be a toss up on culture and group… Given this is MM Lazard (not the "actual" lazard) you gotta take PWP. You'll get a better experience, better pay, and better exits. Good luck!
