A couple of questions below for the Analyst level in London - any info would be great

Is it a standardised system of top/middle/bottom bucket regardless of team?

What percentage of newly increased base comp can one expect if you are average to great? (Preferably also pre-corona stats as I imagine bonuses were unusually high recently) 

Is there a bonus pool that is split by team fees or by fees of the whole division or something else?
