Leaving internship early for BB
Ignore my title, I’m currently in the UK and doing an industrial placement (12 months internship) in a top AM (Wellington/Fidelity/Blackrock) which ends in late June and I have secured a BB IB summer internship offer with a start date in the middle of June.
How do I go about leaving this internship for the BB IB and how do I minimise the chances of not getting a return offer from the AM if I leave early?
12 months is a long time, if you get along well with your team I'd just be honest - you have another internship starting June X and would it be possible to end by then.
