Leaving with nothing lined up
Recently started in banking and realizing the toll on my mental health is getting to a dangerous point. I know that I am uninterested in the traditional exit opps and know that I’m unable to do another month (let alone 2 more years) of this. I have some interviews lined up, but nothing secured yet. Is leaving with no definitive plans a death sentence? Looking for some advice as I don’t think my health can tolerate this much longer, despite therapists and medication.
