Lebron James the $1 Billion Dollar Man

Finance and Computer modeling at its best. I do believe that the odds that this is possible is low though. Lebron is no Tiger Woods. Lebron should just see this as a lousy propaganda, he should stay in Cleveland, his brand is big but all the scenarios they use do not seem plausible, playing for the same team till he retires and playing till he is 38. Maybe he will play for the same team for the rest of his career if the team he goes to win a couple of championships.

Bloomberg Radio ran a story saying that Cleveland would lose half its team value if Lebron left.... they better offer him everything they have.

Cleveland could easily write the loss off anyway, because he was the one who doubled the teams value, the good part about him staying with Cavs is that he can gradually buy a stake in the team.

And did anybody hear about the two giant murals that the Nets put up close to the madison square gardens to slight the Knicks who also want Lebron. The New York Post's Fred Kerber was also quoted to have said that Jay-Z's pitch to his pal Lebron includes proposed clothing and fragrance lines, along with opportunities in entertainment.

If Jay Z grew up in Greenwich CT instead of Marcy Playground, he'd be as great a businessman as he is now. Not sure how smart he is, but he has some great business savvy
