Legal effects of criminal charge
I have a friend who is preparing to work at a BB in NY. He received a criminal charge of trespassing and resisting arrest. What would be the possible effects of this on his career and ability to pass Series 7 if he were convicted? What would be the effects of business school?
Just to specify the charges were resisting arrest and tresspassing related to an incident of allegedly sneaking into a party and then refusing to leave once asked to leave by the cops
