Libor 3-3.5% floor with a 5-600bp spread...

pretty surprised by the widespread institution of libor floors recently.

i guess with libor so low and credit markets so tight, lenders are trying to squeeze as much money out of borrowers as they can.

The world has changed. And we must change with it.

------------ I'm making it up as I go along.

It makes a lot of sense if you think about it...it's in the interest of both borrowers and lenders. LIBOR floors keep spreads low for when the good times return...hopefully.
