Lincoln International

Thoughts on Lincoln International's London office? I don't know too much about it, but it sounds like a solid shop from everything I've heard. Can anyone confirm and provide some insights? I.e. culture, comp, specific teams, reputation

Hey ThePiggyBanker, I swear if I had a silver banana for every lonely thread I posted too I'd be richer than @compbanker ...

More suggestions...

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.

I'm not sure about the London office in specific, but generally they have a pretty good reputation in the market (both Europe and US) in terms of deal flow (probably one the largest in the boutique market), culture (they organize a lot of internal and external events, even for juniors) and compensation, but yeah it's considered to be a bit of a sweatshop in terms of the hours. Are you looking into M&A opportunities or capital advisory?

Can you please elaborate on this?

Also, could one do an analyst year in capital advisory and then switch to regular M&A at an upmarket shop?
