Lincoln’s recruiting ran during the later half of the summer for SA 2020. I assume it will be the same timeline this summer, maybe even later depending on how Covid-19 plays out.

This is pure speculation here, but my guess is they are unofficially planning on making everyone offers. This way, if someone’s a heroin addict they dodge a huge bullet before giving the offer.

Also, if you are trying to look on Safari it won't pop up. Use google chrome. My safari didn't show any apps but then I switched to chrome and followed the instructions above and then all the apps popped up. It will be under the quote from a previous analyst.

Also got an invite for NY IB. Does anyone know what the recruiting timeline looks like? When are the superdays expected to be held?
My first round interviewer (anlayst) said to be on the lookout for an email in the next few weeks... seems like a long gap between 1st and 2nd rounds (or superday)
Don’t worry. Went through the recruiting process last year and had the same thing. From start to finish my process took about a month between my 1st round and eventually the superday. Mine was for a regional office so my recruiting may be different than Chicago.
How'd your interview go?
Mostly behavioral. Lincoln has a strong emphasis on culture so make sure your story behind why Lincoln/banking is strong. Won’t be many technicals, but don’t completely ignore preparing for them either.

Anyone know how large the different US offices are? Obviously Chicago is the largest due to HQ, but curious about the others
Like you mentioned, Chicago is the largest with ~200 bankers. New York has about 60 bankers across the different product groups. LA and SF have about ~20-30 people in each office, while Dallas is the smallest.
Does Lincoln run separate processes for each of their offices? I got rejected from one of the regional offices, but also networking with the Chicago office.
