The culture is generally very good from what I understand. Hours can be intense towards the end of the quarter I.e.~80 hours per week for a few weeks a quarter then it gets dead in the off part of the quarter, probably average of 60 hours a week. Comp I believe starts at 95k with a bonus in the ~30-50% range, or maybe less.
Work is pretty interesting at first and then the repetitive nature of the weeks means people burn out.
