Tishman Speyer Analyst Typical Hours & Compensation

Hi Everyone,

I am speaking with a recruiter about an analyst role at Tishman Speyer for their NY office. I was wondering what insights you guys had on being an analyst there.

What can you expect as far as typical hours/week and salary + bonus? I was also wondering how much of your time is spent on asset acquisitions vs ground up development deals? Would a typical analyst expect to work on development deals too?

Any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
