Given Lincoln’s near 100% conversion rate, I’m surprised they didn’t go with FT offers. Cool of them to pay for the full 10 weeks though. Seems like a place that treats its people well.
Definitely would have loved a guaranteed offer, but very happy with the result. At least this way I get to somewhat work for it
