List of boutique/LMM investment banks in the software space?
Trying to compile a list of advisors that play in the sub 100M transaction space. There's so many small firms that just regular search terms aren't yielding much via google. I figure it'd be helpful to aggregate what's found on a thread so I'll periodically update the OP with whatever people comment.
Interested as well. Or at least what needs to be searched to find the info.
Peak Technology Partners, Arbor Advisors, Vista Point Advisors, Alkali Partners, AQ Technology Partners. All these guys are primarily LMM Software focused.
Would add GP Bullhound and Aream & Co. Not sure how LMM they are, but certainly not UMM.
