Loan Syndications - Comp and Exit Op

Interested in hearing what the comp looks like for leveraged loan syndications at a BB. This would be on the origination side, not the loan sales/distribution. Seems like it is more of a capital markets role, but falls under LevFin/IBD at most banks. What would exit opportunities look like? Credit Fund? Potentially IB? Any insight would be appreciated. I have a phone screen next week.
