London - best Deliveroo options?
Just started in IB in the City of London, loving the meal expense policy. But £25 is both a lot and not enough at the same time as someone who works out every day and is trying to get my protein in. I noticed that a lot of places mark up their menu items on the delivery, quite ridiculous that adding an extra serving of eg white rice tacks on 4 quid to the bill.
Currently just getting Chipotle and Eat Activ but I need to try some new options. Where are people’s favorite spots to order delivery in the city?
Simple health kitchen for protein without the excess calories. As the name suggests, it’s basic but does the job from a fitness / diet perspective.

Protein, mate (protein). Remedy Kitchen (organic meals). Bangalore Express (comfort food). Obviously, you always have your standard Tortilla, Chipotle etc.
Hot take but I'd say Tortilla or Zambero are better than Chipotle - at least for salad bowls - Chipotle lowered in quality in the last 3-4 yrs imo
Agree with you on Tortilla but even they're starting to go downhill like Chipotle.
It’s been a number of years since I was in the City, but Assenheim’s was a solid protein portion to cost ratio. Farmer J was another favorite as well.
Vouch for assenheim. Portions are huge for the price.

Simple Health Kitchen is good, but delivery time is always either rapid or takes ages (45min+), no in between
Eat Activ is meh, does the job

Kaana, Salt & Whisky, Brigadiers, Dishoom (plenty others too) - Indian options on Deliveroo are solid and don't really vary. In comparison, Chinese is one that is harder to pick which is good or not - really varies
I've never ordered from there but Berenjak is quite good apparently, though you will be chipping in at least £10-£15 of that too
Most of my daily options are repeated but Farmer J, Eat Active, Atis, Chipotle, HOP. Would also throw in Hoppers for a South Asian option that is less healthy, but a good pick-me-up
