As the title say, I was wondering whether a normal M&A advisor boutique in London give bonus? What is supposed to be a fair annual salary? I am not talking about companies like Lazard, PWP, Evercore and so on.. but smaller one, I don't know like Zaoui & co, Torch Partners . . .

Firm-dependent. You can't just compare those boutiques. Zaoui & Co. is extremely small, but it's run by the Zaoui brothers and they're something like top 5 of the M&A league table YTD in Europe.
