London calling, Frankfurt balling?.. How to make the step

Hello

My Goal: FT or OC internship in London IB, bank doesn't matter that much, the city does.

I graduated witch a bachelors among the Top 5% of  my cohort from a semi-target in Austria. After graduation, I did a 6-month internship with a BIG4 in M&A. Now, I have a 3-month off-cycle IB Banking internship coming up, in Frankfurt. This one is with a strong T2 bank.

My goal is to get to London. I don't want to do a Masters, as I am already 24 and want to start. What can I do to get an FT offer in London 22/23? Convert in FFM and the lateral hire to a London bank after a year? Or networking now and trying to get into a New Analyst Program or OC internship program in London after FFM - not to late?

Please help me, I appreciate it.

Best, J

It is quite late for both SA and OC recruiting, most banks are making final decisions for their intake. Unless you want to wait another year, I'd suggest applying FT but won't be easy despite your exp; however, you're a German speaker so staying enrolled for free and testing SA/OC next year could be an option
