I have heard from someone directly that they worked 9am-3am 7 days a week for 4 months straight. This was at a BB as an analyst about 5 years ago.
This is going to turn into a big one-upping contest but I'll participate.
I worked over 140+ hours the week before a pitch for an extremely important company. From Monday-Friday, I worked 100+ hours. Worst part is we lost the pitch. It would have been a cool story to tell how hard I worked if we actually won it.

I have a hard time believing this... what did you do for 140 hours on one pitch
140 hours over a week is possible. I have stayed up ~65 hours straight with only two quick showers in between, took a nap of ~3 hours on day 3 and went back to the regular schedule of 15+ hours/day for the reminder of the week (including the weekend). It was not a great feeling on day 3 or 4 but the body recovered. Yes, lots of coffee.
If you're not doing 168 hour weeks, are you even front office?!
Once did 160 hours in a single week. The body can do amazing things when pushed.
