Looking at keyboard while using excel

Hi all - getting ready to hit the desk this summer full-time as an MBA associate. Want to be the least amount shitty at everything by the time I start so I am currently doing some financial modeling/ excel courses. Wanted to know if the real pros are looking at their keyboard at all while in excel and using shortcuts. Is this something I should strive for or are people doing fine looking at their keyboards for most of the shortcuts?
