Looking for an old banking blog...
I vaguely remember reading an IB blog with a philosophical undertone, black and white website, in the same vein as leveraged sellout etc. Often discussed macroeconomics too.
Had some tongue in cheek name, wish I could remember
Any ideas?
Idt you’re talking about Street of Walls but that’s black and white - I feel like I’ve ran into that exact blog before. Was it run by an Indian guy? I think it was like him musing about IB / finance life with philosophy / humor in between. Hopefully this isn’t the Mandela effect
No, not Street of Walls- was just a blog
yep
Are you guys referring to Naval Ravikant? He's kind of a crackpot tbh, but certainly philosophical.
EDIT: To the person who gave me MS for this, anyone who unironically supports Osho, the founder of the Rajneesh Puram biocriminal cult, is a little bit cuckoo for cocoa puffs. I get the John Stuart Mill point of listening to people and gleaning things even from the ruins of "exploded error," but this is woowoo New Age nonsense.
Nope
Hadn't heard of this one. Was going off of the poster above who said it might be run by someone of Indian descent.
epicurean dealmaker?
Bingo! I'm very grateful- it's been eating at me all day for some reason.
ah yes this one was good. A classic
yep
bump
