Looking for Roommate in Chicago to Fill Master Bedroom of Brand New Building in the West Loop March 1st.

I'm looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in my apartment starting March 1st- the apartment is a 2 Bed/2 Bath in the West Loop. The building, Arkadia Tower, is brand new and the apartment is on the 28th floor with amazing views. No smoking, no pets, and no drugs. I would prefer a female roommate, however, I would be open to a male if the right person presented himself. The price of the room including utilities(with the exception of electric which is about $30 a month per person) is 1650. Parking is an additional 235 dollars a month. The lease ends August 21, 2016.
