Hi All -
I’ve gotten word that I will be extended a new offer for a role I’m pretty excited about. Though looking back I may have lowballed my salary expectations.
They have yet to send over the package so I can’t say for sure how the numbers will turnout but asking for any advice in how to negotiate up should it come back lower than expected.
