LP-Led Secondaries Case Study, Intern-Level

Hey all,

As stated above, keeping details somewhat anonymous for obvious reasons. Will be done from home online and is 3-6 hrs long. I am actively searching other threads for models and guidance, but if someone has anything in the interim, I would highly appreciate it, as it would expedite/address my search. This is for a sell-side role. Never come across an explicit secondaries model before, but imagine it could also be an LBO-type case study or even something like a 3-statement. Again, intern-level if that makes much difference technicals-wise.

Thanks!
