If the transaction closed at the end of Q1, for LTM metrics, should I use Previous fiscal year's Q2, Q3, Q4, and this year's Q1? Or can I still use last fiscal year metrics? (such as EBITDA)

Theoretically, it's still sound to use previous FY as the deal just closed in Q1. But usually, I'll just use whatever number that makes sense and will make my associate shut the fk up.
