Sounds like a good deal and complimentary skillsets/assets brought together. The BX/PJT deal seemed to work out well so far (Stock seems to have tripled since that deal was done 7 years ago), and this deal seems like a fairly good comp albeit with Michael Klein running it instead of Paul J. Taubman plus some extra potential value-add from the CS balance sheet to help get deals done hopefully. I hope it goes well. I have not worked for M. Klein directly but had a good friend recruit with him and join M. Klein right around the time Michael went out on his own. My friend seemed to be one of the first analyst hires around then.
