Does anyone have an example of an M&A case study, such as "Company X wants to acquire either Company A, B, or C, make a recommendation". I have searched online and on this forum but haven't had any success. Would appreciate any links to relevant study material for M&A case studies as I have an interview tomorrow! Many thanks.
