Key M&A jargon that will be beneficial when talking to buy-side. I am a year 1 analyst looking to further my knowledge on jargon in order to benefit both myself and other analyst when discussing opportunities with potential buyers. Any information provided will be helpful as I will putting together a PowerPoint and holding a roundtable with my fellow analyst.
