M&A or FSG at BofA for MF/UMM exits
Hey, I am an ivy league student for context interested in these two groups at BofA. I've heard back and forth thoughts on which group at BofA/BAML is ultimately better for MF/UMM exits and was curious for your thoughts

m&a current analyst class has advent, kkr fig, HIG. fsg class way smaller but the advantage of fsg (less intense hours, client interactions, seniors vouch) are less relevant now that on cycle is before you hit the desk. if you’re ivy league, you’ll have your fair share of interview opportunities in either group and it’s up to you to convert
if you recruit off cycle fsg tho could you still reap those advantages. Also I hear that during offcycle there are still a decent amount spots.
