Did Macquarie raise salaries yet? Is it only applicable towards IB or did/would MIRA receive the increase too?

Macquarie IB did. 20k raise for Analysts and 25k for Associates. Don’t know about MIRA.
Salaries weren't raised as much as rumored. I can only speak for MacCap An1 but new comp is 100k reflecting a 15k raise. Haven't heard anything about MIRA or other divisions.

Couldn't tell you, I haven't talked to any second years about their raise. Probably safe to assume that it falls in line with the rest of banks on the street that start at 100k
Decent amount are 110 for second year and bb’s + hw/bmo/wf are 105
That's actually pretty decent, considering its in line with most BBs and other banks, or even slightly higher.
