Can anyone provide some color on the firm (Non-Infra groups/Non-Principal Investing), specifically for normal IB groups like TMT or Consumer from an analyst perspective? Do they pay street? How's Culture? Can you get PE (MM) exits? thanks

I can give some color as I have worked there in the past. Overall they pay base street bonus can be above or below depending on the year. Usually its very MD dependent but overall I never had an interview where they the interviewer didnt know the bank. Overall neutral to positive views on it, infrastructure is def the best group. Overall other groups are good too, imo underrated. as for exits, unknown occasionally I see on linked in MM-MF but I think they were super motivated. Typically analysts there want to stay and be career bankers in my experience.
